NOZZLES PROTECTED BY PTH AT A MINE IN THAILAND

Enclosed are some files of a PTH installation in a mine / quarry that I visited last week in Thailand .

The factory is using big quantities of water to prevent dust.  The water is sprayed on the stone conveyor by nozzles.

Before installing the PTH the factory was replacing nozzles every 3-4 months.

PTH 1" was installed in one of the water lines six months ago. Since then the nozzles have been functioning very well and there has been no need to replace them.

This factory has 30 water lines and he is considering installing PTH in all lines.
